Our mission is to revolutionize adult Spanish education in California by guiding students to fluency through relationships and inviting them to take an active role in discovering how to use Spanish for social change.
We envision a future in which Spanish learners play a key role in fostering a culture of bilingualism in California that rejects English dominance and shows Latinx immigrants and their families they are supported in maintaining Spanish fluency and connection to their heritage for many generations to come.

More Ways to Connect With Your Community in Spanish
In 2018, we founded Café Puente, our 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, with the mission of creating a space of belonging for the Latinx community in Sonoma County; a space where Spanish is the primary language, all Latino cultures are celebrated, and all are welcome.
Located in Petaluma, CA, Café Puente offers a physical space for students in Northern California to connect with the local Latinx community and build rich connections that support their understanding of how to use their Spanish for social change.
